Focus overview

My approach is aimed at targeting the key areas a digital approach to business should focus on in my opinion. This by no means should be considered dogmatically, but rather as complementary to the existing business focus priorities you already have in place.

Have a brief look at the descriptions of these six key focus areas and if anything raises questions you cannot answer, let alone understand, you might want to talk to me.

Of course you might already have systems, processes and staff in place to handle these things for you, but an unbiased second “doctor’s opinion” might just be worth its weight in Bitcoin.

Woven into the fabric.

There are many topics I do not explicitly list as focus points, like competition or measurement & reporting or automation and optimisation for example, but that doesn’t mean they are not important. In fact often they are so important that they have to be considered always and in every aspect of business.

The goal of the focus selection as presented here is to emphasise topics that are either under-appreciated, not implemented often or well, sometimes even seen as too futuristic in many businesses.

Below you will find the full up-to-date mindmap I created to visualise topics I cover to varying degrees and their relations within my model.

I am happy to talk about anything in detail, simply get in touch and I will happily accommodate your time and meeting/communication preferences in a free video chat or call.

I am based in London, but that should not stop us, no matter where you are located.

Main focus areas.

I tired to organise things in ways that keep pushing us back towards these key focus points*:

Brand.

A tremendous amount of digital business actually happens in this space more than one might think. Brand dominates.

Strategy.

Knowing where you actually are in this digital world, and where you should want to be is key to taking the right path.

AI.

You cannot afford losing out in the race for using AI sooner and better than your competition. There are surprisingly many ways you can already use AI more.

Innovation.

Many claim to be innovative, yet they still cook with water. You must always strive to be even more innovative. Digital provides more attack vectors than anything else.

Operations.

Staff, management, finances, … digital innovation as huge potential in all operations areas of your business. Digital business process optimisation?

Security.

Ever been digitally compromised? It’s only a matter of time. Maybe it has happened already. Do you know what is possible? How to pay for ransomware with Bitcoin? Be prepared, guarded, safe.

A better digital presence of your brand, a refined digital strategy, using digital to be even more innovative, improved operations and less fear for your digital security makes you stronger.

You can always improve even more than you have already. Nothing says you can’t be better than others who presently might have an edge on you in certain areas. Even the best won’t be that forever.

You might be blown away by just how much more productivity potential you can unleash. Eliminate, reduce, replace, or remove things that slow you down.

Everything I offer is focused, actionable and measurable!

* If you are missing focus areas like technology, marketing, search engine optimisation (SEO) or human resources for example, it is likely because I consider them overarching and woven into the fabric of many or most, even all, focus areas, or they are covered by different terminology or organisational considerations than your particular business might have.
