Our approach
We know for us to be successful communication is key. We do not charge for any time we communicate before, during and after any project as long as it doesn’t start taking exceedingly large amounts of time.

Communication
Before we do any work we will spend whatever time it takes to agree on what needs to be done and to make sure there are as few misunderstandings as possible.
More communication
You will always be presented with interim results for my work as soon as they are available or even on an ongoing/constant basis. You are welcome to touch base with me at any time.
Quality delivery
At the end of each phase, or sub-phase, the completion milestone is documented on Trello or accompanied by a written report and summary of the task deliverables.
Reporting/Trello
Every milestone (as agreed upon by us) is accompanied by a written report or Trello card (which might vary in size and detail depending on the task). The level of my service delivery has been described by a happy customer as “intense”, in a positive sense.

These are the types of services we offer:
Pricing
There are a few core ways our work can be structured and priced.
Fixed price/packages … like full website development or audits (SEO or Google Ads).
Day rate based … this usually applies to digital business consulting engagements.
Hourly rate based … for bespoke 5-10h tasks or small projects. The complexity of the task determines the hourly rate we charge.
Retainer … where recurring weekly or monthly tasks need to be performed on an ongoing basis. Intensity and time/effort required to complete the tasks is the key determining factor for my pricing.
