I started working with paid search ads from the very early days in 2000 with platforms like GoTo, Overture and some minor players in the space. Google’s Ads, then known as AdWords, launched in late 2000 and that is also when I started using them. I won’t go into historical details here but it is safe to say paid search ads changed my life in a profound positive way.

My early involvement in paid search ads and the resulting know-how/experience ultimate led to me running 9 corporations in the USA focusing on AdWords-AdSense (another Google ad product) arbitrage with ad spends in the range of $500k/month, managing AdWords accounts of up to £1.5 million/year spend with peak daily spends approaching £30k PROFITABLY.
