Note: Our pricing model is all-inclusive, incorporating the use of advanced tools that we license. These tools, while costly, are integral to the high-quality services we provide. Unlike some practices, we do not charge additional fees for the use of these superior tools. Furthermore, our work extends beyond mere automation. We ensure that each service we provide involves substantial human effort and expertise, rather than relying solely on automated tool outputs. This approach differentiates us by ensuring that you receive the full value of our expertise and the advanced tools we utilize.

Bonus: We are developing our own SEO tool to even better serve my clients.

Our pricing varies by type and complexity of task or package. We offer fixed-price packages, retainer-based pricing, and hourly pricing. Our pricing model is flexible and can be tailored to better suit your unique requirements. Please note that our services are of premium quality, often leading to high demand. We strive to deliver value that matches the investment made by our clients. Our pricing, in fact, is competitive considering the industry standards. We encourage open lines of communication, including video or phone calls, direct messages, and emails, throughout the duration of the project. We believe that effective communication is key to the success of any project, and as such, we do not bill for this time, provided it remains within reasonable limits. This policy ensures that we can maintain a productive dialogue without incurring additional costs.

Note 1: If a task can, in our opinion, be done more cost-effectively in some other way than hiring us I will point this out to you. These prices will vary based on demand, as the supply of our time is unfortunately limited.
Note 2: For WordPress customers, we tend to suggest moving to Squarespace or Shopify as those systems usually offer better short and long-term benefits to most website owners.

Hourly

For tasks that usually range between 8 and 16 hours of work.

Hourly rates suit the kind of tasks and efforts best that require sporadic intervention without happening on a regular basis. The price is partly based on the long term benefit my high-quality work provides, my high level of expertise and productivity in the field and the diligent quality of the result I produce. Please also note that in some cases I rely on others to complete certain actions on my behalf (like implementing SEO recommendations on servers I might not have access to).

Retainer

Sometimes it is easier to structure long-term efforts on a retainer basis. I will strive where possible to utilise time to set up automations that benefit you beyond the hours/week quoted. I am happy to switch between low and high intensity plans over time to match changing requirements.

Packages

Package prices typically work best when the scope of a task or project is well definable and the effort involved exceeds 32 hours. In some cases, the scope of the project may vary based on your additional requirements. In such cases, we can negotiate a fair price beyond the package price to make sure you get what you need.
